Leslie Rohonczy introduces her new album Origin Stories, a collection of twelve songs that explore beginnings, personal turning points, and belonging. The album blends singer-songwriter intimacy, folk pop and indie folk colours, warm melodic rock elements, and rich cinematic production, with arrangements that move from stripped back and intimate to expansive full band.

Origin Stories is her ninth studio album with longtime collaborators Scott Walsh (Soundcreation Studio, Ottawa), and Chris Houle.

These songs come from deeply lived experiences: early life memories, trauma work, self-inquiry, caregiving, renewal, and the quiet courage required to begin again.
