The Blushing Brides

Paul Martin was a veteran Canadian guitarist and singer-songwriter originally from Kingston, Ontario, with a career spanning over 50 years. He was best known as a founding member of the Rolling Stones tribute band The Blushing Brides.

The Brides earned an international record deal with RCA by the time Martin was 23.

He performed as Bo Diddley's guitarist for two nights at the legendary El Mocambo in Toronto.

Paul co-created The Dylan Tree, a Bob Dylan tribute project, which was featured in a one-hour TV special on SunTV

He was often noted for his "purist" approach, typically playing guitar without effects pedals.

Beyond performing, Martin has worked in movie production abroad for a decade and established Martinworks Publishing.
