Ad: Customer Service Representative (Ontario/ Quebec)
We are a leading music industry manufacturer seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. This role serves as a key point of contact between our company, Dealers, End-Users, and 3PL partners.
Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders (EDI, imports, manual entry)
- Act as front-line support for Dealers and End-Users
- Liaise with 3PL teams; occasional warehouse visits and inventory assistance
- Respond to inventory inquiries via phone and email from our sales team and customers
- Generate clear sales and inventory reports (Excel required)
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (reporting experience essential)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) – required
- Must be able to live and work in Canada
